A Stormsword super heavy tank from the game warhammer 40,000.
this took about 7 months to finish, but I wasn't going all out all the time. Painted in my standard 'Culverinian' colour scheme.
some of this was a nightmare to build, and the left track will live in legendary imfamy for many, many years to come....

'The Stormsword super-heavy tank is built specifically for seiges and street fighting... The Stormsword lends its weight and firepower to troops at close quarters. The main armemant's restricted range leaves it dangerously exposed in open terrain and most commanders will only commit them to battle in the environment they were built for, in the heart of a city fight where the fighting is at its most intense and fierce, leading the attack, crunching through the rubble and smashing through walls.'

btw.: Is Stormsword similar with the Banesword? Or some other kind of tank?

It IS similar. The full plastic kit that Games Workshop is bringing out can be made into one of these tanks, and 6 others.
This is the full resin variation, so it looks a bit different.
Basically this tank is a Shadowsword with the barrel of the gun shaved off and a bigger, shorter one in its place.
