now that the nights are drawing in and the temperature is falling fast, I looked through my collection of photos I took over the summer for inspiration.

I found a georgeous lanner/lugger falcon (think its a lanner but there's so little between them!)

I'm just doing a study of the head, the most tricky part. If all goes well I'll know in a couple days if doing a whole body drawing would turn out well or not.

Its a shame my drawings take so long to complete, but I really try to get all the detail in that I can, and if I do it without I think it looks... unfinished.
